In order to use the Expedition Dive website, we may require information from you in order to
provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and
accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by Expedition Dive is collected via correspondence from you or your
company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Any details collected from Expedition Dive customers is required in order to provide you with our
products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Expedition Dive uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants,
providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Expedition Dive or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further
protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the
merchant account held by Expedition Dive.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a
Full refund with 3 days of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any
problems. Booking reservations after 3 days are considered date reserved and non-refundable. In the event cancels, reschedules or re-booking written notice at least 10 days prior to the event commencement is required. If written notice within 10 days prior to scheduled dive is not given, then re-booking fee’s will apply and may result in full loss of booking fee or deposit.
Refund/ Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full refund within 3 days of purchase, minus any credit card / payment service provider fee’s or any non-refundable elearning and/or course materials not returned in as new condition. Please email us at
email@example.com within that time so that we can resolve any
request. Booking reservations after 3 days are considered date reserved and non-refundable.
Purchases and Gift Cards are non-refundable. No shows for any reason will not be refunded. 10-day notification required for cancellations/reschedules for full credit toward another dive. Additional reschedule fee’s may apply. Any cost associated with a requested rescheduled date will be charged.
In the unforeseeable event of weather making conditions too dangerous to dive as determined by the instructor/guide/captain onsite on the day of the dive, an alternative date will be made available. Although purchases are Non-refundable, full credits can be given if rescheduled within 10 days prior to dated dive or if determined unsafe diving conditions by your instructor. Last minute rescheduling/no shows/late shows are considered forfeiture of dive(s), are non-refundable and will result in reserved spot loss and/or full lose of credit. Additional fees may accompany forfeiture of dive(s).
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products
must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out
shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Expedition Dive will not be responsible
for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Delivery of Services
Services / Booked Dives
Confirmation of your order will be automatically sent to you via email. Within 24-48 hours of your dive date reservation and email will be sent to you at the email provided in your order; confirming date, time and location of your dives.
Products / Ordered Dive Equipment
Confirmation of your order will be automatically sent to you via email. If your item is in stock, shipping will occur within 72 hours / 3 business days from your order. If item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you by phone and/or email for expected date or alternative order options. In the event your original item is out of stock and you do not wish to proceed with other options, a full refund of the purchased price will be initiated or future credit applied per your request.
